Hugh “Trip” Tollison is the President and CEO of the Savannah Economic Development Authority, overseeing all aspects of the organization including business attraction, business retention and expansion, the Savannah Regional Film Commission and World Trade Center Savannah. Having been involved in nearly all major economic development initiatives in Chatham County in the last decade, Trip has a wealth of experience and extensive relationships on the local, state and regional level. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and served as an aide in Georgia and Washington for U.S. Senator Sam Nunn and U.S. Congressman Jack Kingston. He received his degree from the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia.
